Pasta dishes are always a good idea!
Make tortellini according to instructions. Drain the water, add the oil to the pasta form and toss once briefly. Halve the onions and cut into thin strips. Sprinkle garlic cloves with salt and crush with kitchen knife until mousse. Divide peppers into strips. Heat oil in a saucepan and season onion and garlic, salt and oregano. Cut hard sausage into narrow strips. Grate cheese finely. Halve olives. Grease a high gratin dish. Put tortellini, onion-pepper-vegetables, sausage, half of the cheese and olives in it. Mix the whipped cream with the milk and eggs and stir in the remaining cheese. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg (freshly grated). Pour the sauce over the casserole and cook in a heated oven (180 °C) for about 40 minutes.
