Instructions:

Defrost the spinach and warm it up in a pot.

Peel and press the garlic clove and stir into the spinach, mix well.

Sauté onion in oil, add potato, salt and pepper and fry until crispy, turning frequently.

Cut the beef into slices.

Put spinach on plates, put beef on top, add potatoes and serve immediately.
