Instructions:

Defrost frozen spinach and chop. Whisk Cremefine with the eggs, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and garlic and fold in the chopped spinach. Line a pie tray with puff pastry, spread the spinach mixture on it and top with tomato slices and crumbled feta cheese. Bake in the oven with intensive baking, 170 °C, for 40-45 minutes.
