For the soup pot, cut the greens, roast them with oil and marrow bones. Then pour water and add the meat and an onion with its peel.
Add enough water to cover the meat well. Simmer for about 1 1/2 hours. If foam forms on the surface, skim it off.
After the cooking time, remove the greens and add the second cut greens. Simmer until vegetables are tender.
In the meantime, cook soup noodles. Serve the soup with sliced meat, vegetables and noodles.
