Cook the pasta in a lot of salted water until soft, drain well, season with salt, mix with a little bit of butter and keep warm. Sauté onion in butter, add bacon strips and mushrooms, fry well, pour beef broth, season and stew, then refine the sauce with cream. Arrange the dish and bring to the table with tomato salad.
