For the quick apple pie, peel and core apples and cut into small pieces. Dust with a little cornstarch.
Preheat oven to 180°C (convection oven: 160°C). Line springform pan with baking paper.
Beat thea and sugar with an electric hand mixer until creamy. Stir in eggs one by one. Mix flour, baking powder and 1 pinch of salt and stir briefly into the batter with the apple juice.
Pour the batter into the prepared springform pan. Spread the finely chopped apple pieces on top.
Bake the apple pie in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes. Test with a wooden stick, no dough should stick to the stick.
Allow the quick apple pie to cool, dust with powdered sugar and enjoy.
