200 g coarse corn semolina (Bramata) 400 g soft-boiled apples 2 tablespoons butter.
Now add the apples cut into wedges and mix well. Pour the mixture into a buttered gratin dish and cover generously with butter.
Bake everything together on the lowest shelf of the stove at about 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes, so that the surface is golden brown at the end.
Goes well with a starter or possibly goulash.
P.S. Instead of apples you can also use plums, cherries or pears, depending on the season.
