Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!
Warm the butter in a frying pan. Sauté onion, garlic and parsley. Briefly steam bread and mushrooms, cool in a baking dish.
Add meat and all ingredients up to and including olive oil, season, mix well by hand. Shape roast, place in a greased roasting dish.
Roast for about twenty minutes in the middle of the oven heated to 220 °C. Pour in the wine. Pour in the wine and release the drippings. Add a little soup, add tomatoes, continue roasting for about thirty minutes. Gradually add the rest of the soup.
Remove the roast and let it stand for about ten minutes with the lid closed before carving.
Serve with pasta (for example fusilli).
