A bean recipe for every taste:
Clean carrots and celery, cut into small cubes, make, refresh, drain and drain.
Pickles, mustard gherkins, apples, potatoes and beets also cut off (about 8 mm). Cut herrings into 2 cm strips, chop onions coarsely.
Bind all ingredients with mayo and cream, season, perhaps add a little cucumber vinegar or possibly herring marinade for consistency, fold in, infuse for at least 6 hours and serve with egg slices, fish pieces and parsley.
