Cut the meat into cubes. Remove the peel from the carrots and potatoes, then cut them into pieces. Clean the cabbage, remove the stalk. Cut the cabbage into strips.
Put the meat in a gratin dish, put the potatoes on top, then the carrots, and the white cabbage on top as the last layer.
Boil water with spices and pour over cabbage. Bake the casserole with the lid closed in the heated oven (electric stove 175 degrees, gas stove level 2, convection oven 150 degrees) for 1.5 hours.
Rinse and chop the parsley and sprinkle over the casserole before serving.
