Rinse and clean the radish and cut it into very fine strips, as long as possible, using a vegetable slicer. Remove the skin from the apples, cut them into quarters, remove the cores and cut them into thin strips.
Mix the apples and the radish on the spot with salt, pepper, vinegar and sugar and leave for a few hours.
Cut the chives into fine rolls. Drain the liquid from the radish-apple leaf salad. Arrange the leaf salad in a baking dish.
Tip: As an alternative to the fresh chives, you can also use the freeze-dried.
