For the curd cheese slice peach-marilla, first separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Mix egg yolks, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy.
Stir the curd cheese and custard powder into the yolk mixture. Carefully fold in the beaten egg white. Line a small baking dish (approx. 22 x 28 cm) with the wholemeal butter cookies and spread the curd mixture on top. Bake in the oven at 170 °C.
