Squeeze the curd well in a towel. Melt the butter, remove from the stove, add the curd and stir. Add the eggs and spices and stir with a hand mixer on high speed, repeatedly put on the kitchen stove and briefly bring to a boil.
*********Tip of the creator************ Take sufficiently large saucepan, as everything together increases in volume by a factor of two when it comes to a boil. Goes well with buttered jacket potato or farmhouse bread.
