For the chocolate cookies, sift the flour with the cooking soda and mix in the nuts and chocolate.

Cream butter, sugar and raw sugar with liqueur, salt and vanilla sugar, stir in the egg and mix in the dry ingredients and water to make a dough.

Scoop small heaps from the dough with a coffee spoon and spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Flatten the heaps.

Bake the chocolate cookies at 170° C on the middle rack for 10 to 12 minutes and then let them cool on a cooling rack.
