For chickpeas with wild garlic and mushrooms, peel shallots and garlic. Cut both finely. Wash wild garlic and cut into strips. Clean mushrooms and chop into bite-sized pieces.

Heat olive oil in a pan, fry shallots, garlic and mushrooms in it, season with cumin, salt and pepper.

When the mushrooms are cooked, stir in the chickpeas and the chopped wild garlic.

Flavor the chickpeas with wild garlic and mushrooms with lemon juice and serve.
