For the chestnut vanilla cream, first prepare the vanilla cream. For the vanilla cream, whip the vanilla Qimiq. Stir in the sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice.
Fold in the stiffly whipped cream and refrigerate.
For the maroni cream, bring milk, whipped cream and chestnuts to a boil and mash. Stir in white chocolate and cinnamon, and allow to thicken. Then refrigerate.
Provide 8 small glasses, slice the banana and drizzle with lemon juice so they don’t turn brown. Pour the vanilla cream into a piping bag and start filling the glasses.
Next a layer of banana slices, then vanilla cream again, now the maronic cream and finish with another layer of vanilla cream.
Garnish with a banana slice and refrigerate.
