For the chocolate snowballs, melt the chocolate with the butter over a water bath and mix with the remaining ingredients to form a dough.

Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 1.5 hours. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180°C. Form chestnut-sized balls from the dough and roll in powdered sugar.

Place on a baking tray and bake for about 15 minutes.
