* Sauté the vegetable onion in oil, add lamb mince and also fry until the meat starts to brown.
* Add spices and the long grain rice.
* Pour a few cups of water so that the mixture of meat, long grain rice and spices is well covered and looks like a clear soup.
* Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, then add the cabbage cut into fine strips and cook everything together to form a thick stew.
