Knead a shortcrust pastry from the given ingredients.
Line a small baking tray with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 170 °C convection oven.
Roll out the dough on the prepared tray to a width of approx. 20 x 30 cm. Press up the edge slightly and brush with grape jelly.
For the crumble, “crumble” flour, almonds, butter, sugar and cinnamon into crumbles. Sprinkle over the grape jelly.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
Cut the cake into slices before serving.
