For the Spaghetti Bolognese, peel and finely dice the onions and garlic cloves and sauté in olive oil. Add the minced meat and fry until it is cooked through.
Then deglaze with a small splash of red wine and let it boil away. Repeat this until the red wine is used up and then add the tomato paste and season with salt and pepper.
Cook the spaghetti noodles as usual.
