To make the dough, cream the butter, sugar and egg in a bowl and add the remaining dry ingredients to the butter mixture and knead until smooth.
Shape the dough into a ball and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough and roll out on the floured work surfaceca. 8 mm thick.
Then cut out the cookies with the cookie cutter and place the Rosemary Guetsli on a baking paper or greased baking sheet.
Bake the Rosmarin-Guetsli in the oven at 180°C top/bottom heat or approx. 165°C convection oven for 13 minutes.
The Rosmarin-Guetsli are refined with powdered sugar and served with a Christmas hot drink such as Christmas coffee, homemade chai tea or a mulled wine made from homemade mulled wine spices.
