Preparation of the dough:
Open flour in the middle, add salt and water (each according to the consistency of the dough) and knead it into a dough. Melt yeast and sugar in a quarter cup of water. Make a bulge in the dough and add it. Continue to knead the dough, then cover with a clean dishcloth and rest in about 20 min.
Preparation of the filling:
Traditional preparation of goezleme. Chop the onion and fry it in oil. Add the minced meat and fry in the same way. Season with salt, pepper and thyme. Now put aside.
Chop the parsley and dice the tomatoes. Add salt, a little pepper and paradeis pulp to the meat mixture and mix.
Cut the dough into small pieces and roll out to the size of a plate with a rolling pin. Brush the dough surfaces with a little olive oil before baking.
Place ingredients on one half of the dough, cover with the other half, pressing edges together. Now fry in a frying pan or possibly on a metal plate. Remove fried dumplings from the kitchen stove, apply a little bit of butter and bring to the table.
