For the apple-chocolate kisses, cream the butter, salt, vanilla sugar, lemon juice and powdered sugar. Gradually add the eggs and egg yolks. Then stir in the flour and pipe small biscuits onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake them slowly at 120°C until light.
Spread the apple-chocolate kisses with the apple jam and assemble them, dipping half of them in liquid chocolate.
