For the cheese sauce, mix well curd cheese, whipped cream and a pinch of sugar. Season with salt and pepper.

Puree the castle cheese with a little milk. Finely chop the chives. Mix the pot sauce with strained cheese, chives and paprika powder well and stir in some more milk if necessary.
