For the wild garlic spread, first sort out the wild garlic, wash and shake out. Dry on paper towels, dab dry if necessary.
Cut the wild garlic in half at the midrib and cut or chop into very fine strips. Mix with salt and let stand for 10 minutes.
Mix the feta with the milk until smooth. Mix feta, cream cheese, wild garlic and other ingredients together. Season to taste with the spices. Refrigerate covered until ready to serve.
