Bring raspberries, orange juice and sugar to a boil once and set aside. Cut ice cream into slices. Mix 1 egg. Place one piece of ice cream on an egg roll sheet (double the bottom side to make it hold better). Brush edges with egg and wrap into a package.
Heat oil in a frying pan until very hot and fry the ice-cream parcel with the sticky side down, then turn it to the other side.
