Stir QimiQ until smooth and mix with mascarpone.Stir honey, gingerbread spice mix, vanilla sugar and nougat into the mixture, fold in whipped cream.Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap, spread a layer of cream, moisten biscuits with cold mulled wine and place in the pan in layers with the cream. Finally, finish with cream.Refrigerate overnight.Then turn out and cut into portions. Decorate as desired.
