For the spiced figs with ginger mascarpone, preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Put the halved figs in a baking dish, add the butter and honey, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Add the orange juice and star anise and mix lightly. Then bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Mix the ginger and some of the syrup with the mascarpone. Serve the spiced figs with the syrup and the mascarpone cream.
