For the meat dumplings, put flour in a bowl. Salt, pour boiling water over and knead into a firm dough.
Form a roll from the dough, cut small slices and flatten with floured hand. Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel and press garlic. Wash and chop parsley.
Finely chop sausage, roast pork and beef. Mix with onion, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and marjoram. Mix in roast fat and shape mixture into nut-sized balls.
Wrap a meat ball in a disc of dough and form into a dumpling. Boil the meat dumplings in salted water for 15 minutes.
