For the fruit cake, mix curd, yogurt and vanilla sugar. Soak the gelatine in cold water, squeeze out well, dissolve in a little warm liquid and add to the curd mixture.

Cut fruit into small pieces and add to the mixture as well. Line the sides and bottom of a cake pan with the biscuits.

Pour the mixture into the cake mold and refrigerate the fruit cake overnight.
